All research is undertaken by David Milnes, Director, who has spent 13 years working ‘blue chip’ client facing roles, with both project management and business development roles. This provides David the experience to engage and elicit details from the respondent, over and above simply asking scripted questions.

David’s research experience also includes one year working at an agency called BEM (now part of Taylor Nielson); designing, managing and reporting upon £million mystery shopping research projects for; Allied Domecq, Clydesdale Bank and HSBC.

In 2005 David attained The Market Research Society’s Advanced Certificate to further develop the technical research skills he attained from his Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management taken in 1992. For this, David was awarded a rare ‘Special Commendation’ for his dissertation on market information systems and also received a subsequent invitation from publishers Prentice Hall to co-write a book on this subject.
